Increase Travel Bookings: Contribute to increasing the number of bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services.
Expand Customer Base: Attract new customers and build sustainable relationships with them to ensure repeat business.
Improve Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, including prompt response to inquiries, problem resolution, and effective meeting of customer needs.
Develop Marketing Strategies: Implement targeted marketing campaigns to increase awareness of agency products and services.
Achieve Financial Goals: Achieve sales and revenue targets set by agency management.
Build Relationships with Suppliers: Develop strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and other tourism suppliers to obtain the best deals and facilities.
Monitor Performance: Track and evaluate sales performance and analyze data to improve strategies and take necessary actions to increase efficiency and profitability.
Achieve Customer Satisfaction: Work towards achieving customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive reputation for the agency in the travel and tourism market.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field such as Travel and Tourism, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Experience:
Previous experience in sales or travel services is considered an additional advantage.
