We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Owned iPhone Sales Specialist with a proven track record in sales within the UAE and international markets. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of used iPhones, including grading standards, technical specifications, and market trends, combined with exceptional sales skills to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Management:
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the market for pre-owned iPhones within the UAE and internationally.
Handle client inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close deals effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Product Knowledge:
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of used iPhones, including models, features, specifications, and functionality.
Classify and explain grading standards (e.g., A, B, C grades) based on cosmetic and functional conditions.
Provide expert advice to clients about the quality and suitability of pre-owned iPhones for their needs.
• Market Analysis:
Monitor and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
Stay updated on the latest iPhone releases, repairs, and refurbishing techniques to maintain an edge in the market.
• Client Relations:
Manage existing accounts and ensure timely follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships.
Identify and onboard new clients by showcasing the value of pre-owned iPhones and tailored solutions.
• Operational Coordination:
Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance of products.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and client interactions for internal reporting.
