FAAC Technologies, world leader in access automation, parking systems and access control, counting on 53 sales companies in 29 countries, across 5 continents, more than 3.700 employees worldwide and 18 manufacturing plants is looking for a Sales Specialist - Perimeter Protection that will be part of our company based in Dubai.The Product Sales Specialist will manage the perimeter protection product line for all FAAC Technologies brands across the MENA Region. This role involves maintaining current accounts, acquiring new clients, and executing key market development strategies with a focus on a specific product family. The ideal candidate will excel at relationship management, market analysis, and consultative sales approaches.Key Responsibilities:Sales Planning & Execution:
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities to meet agreed business objectives, including revenue growth and cost control.
  • Optimize personal productivity and time management to maximize business outcomes.
  • Develop and manage a sales portfolio aligned with the market development strategy.
Account Management & Business Development:
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure continued business growth.
  • Identify, define, and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Offer tailored, ethical sales solutions to meet customer needs while achieving company goals.
Market Development & Strategy:
  • Plan and execute local marketing activities according to approved budgets and timelines.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities, market trends, and opportunities, providing regular reports to management.
Product & CRM Management:
  • Manage the product/service mix, pricing, and margins according to agreed targets.
  • Keep customer and opportunity pipelines updated using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Pipedrive).
  • Provide detailed reports and insights to forecast business performance and support strategic planning.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in perimeter protection or related industries.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Proven ability to quickly build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Capability to forecast and systematically plan business activities.
  • Ability to identify hidden opportunities and create strategies to capture them.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems for reporting and pipeline management (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or Pipedrive).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Strong written and oral English communication skills.
