SUMMARY OF THE ROLE We're looking for a Sales Specialist to support the Sales Manager - Retail in promoting and selling our range of decorative products. The role involves utilizing Jotun's sales tools and techniques to develop strong customer relationships and achieve budgeted sales, gross margin, and DSO targets, with the aim of increasing Jotun's market share and profitability.
This position will be responsible for retail sales in the Sharqiyah, Batinah, and Dhahirah regions of Oman and will report to the Retail Segment Manager.
Responsibilities:
Introduce, promote, and sell decorative products to assigned customers and regions through regular visits to maintain good relationships and obtain market information. Follow up on collections to meet targets. Maintain good relationships with distributors, provide high-quality service, and handle customer complaints. Create and maintain data in CRM. Respond to client inquiries and introduce products and services to dealers/projects. Conduct and update area audits to identify market potential within own designated geographical area together with Supervisor

Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field. 2-4 years of work experience in related field. Excellent Written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
