Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist with a solid background in selling interactive, immersive, and dynamic content production solutions for events, exhibitions, and experiential marketing. Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Client Acquisition: Proactively drive sales by identifying and closing new business opportunities, focusing on our interactive and creative solutions for events and exhibitions.
• Client Engagement: Establish and nurture client relationships, understanding their goals to deliver impactful, tailored solutions that foster repeat business and referrals.
• Product Demonstrations & Solution Selling: Deliver compelling presentations and product demos, effectively communicating the value of our interactive technologies and creative designs, from immersive rooms to branded installations.
• Target Achievement & Negotiation: Meet or exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and client onboarding, ensuring satisfaction and retention with seamless project kick-offs.
• Quoting and Costing: Responsible for reviewing and finalizing the scope of work, assessing costs, and coordinating with the design and technical teams to complete and submit proposals.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of proven sales experience with a focus on interactive/immersive technologies, creative concepts, content production, or tech-driven solutions for events and exhibitions.
• Demonstrated success in client acquisition with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and a commitment to building long-term client relationships.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate client needs into compelling, solution-focused pitches.
• Tech-savvy and knowledgeable about AI-driven platforms, trends, and technologies; adaptable and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
Preferred:
• Previous sales experience in interactive, immersive, and creative content production for the events and exhibition industry, with substantial exposure to content creation and motion graphics.
