Position: Sales Specialist (Freelancer)
Salary: As commission per target

Location: Abu Dhabi-UAE
Industry: (Interior Design, Construction, Decoration, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation:
• Identify potential clients and develop strategies to secure new business opportunities.
• Promote and sell products or services to meet sales targets.
• Conduct cold calls, set up meetings, and pitch offerings to prospective clients.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Act as the main point of contact for client queries and concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Market Research:
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Identify new market opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Negotiation and Closing:
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals successfully.
• Ensure all sales processes are documented and completed accurately.
• Reporting and Follow-Up:
• Provide regular sales reports, updates, and insights to the company.
• Follow up with clients to ensure successful delivery of products or services.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales or business development (freelance or permanent roles).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with the UAE market and its business practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a specific industry (e.g., interior design, construction, or IT).
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Multilingual skills (Arabic, English, etc.) are a plus.
