The Role
• Assisting in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets. o Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions. o Conducting market research to identify potential clients, emerging trends, and competitive products. o Following up on client inquiries, resolving product or service issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction. o Generating leads, meeting potential clients, and presenting the company's products and services. o Supporting the sales team in negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients. o Preparing sales reports, tracking performance, and providing feedback to the management team. o Attending trade shows, promotional events, and exhibitions to network and promote the company's offerings. o Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless order processing and delivery. o Staying updated on industry developments and continuously improving product knowledge.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of sales activities (experience in Lubricant industry would be a privilege) o Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree is an advantage) o Good sales and negotiation skills o Valid UAE Driving License o General knowledge about sales and marketing strategies
