Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our educational programs, engaging with potential students and their families, and driving enrollment growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective students through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and events.
• Consultation: Conduct consultations with potential students to understand their educational needs and present tailored program options.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet enrollment goals and increase program visibility.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that align with enrollment objectives.
• Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to ensure high conversion rates and provide excellent customer service throughout the enrollment process.
• Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Events: Participate in and support recruitment events, open houses, and community outreach programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in an educational or service-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their goals.
