Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and expand the customer base for massage chairs and related wellness products in the UAE.
Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and provide expert advice to customers on the benefits and features of different massage chairs.
Identify customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including retail partners, distributors, and direct consumers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, campaigns, and sales incentives that drive customer engagement and increase sales.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and product improvements.
Provide exceptional after-sales support and follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting repeat business.
Achieve sales targets and report on performance metrics regularly to management.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of massage chair features, industry innovations, and market trends to educate customers effectively.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales
within the
massage chair industry
or similar wellness and consumer electronics sectors in the UAE market.
Strong understanding of the
massage chair market
, including knowledge of product features, benefits, and industry trends.
UAE-based experience is essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and understand their needs.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work in a results-driven environment.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
Knowledge of customer management systems (CRM) and sales tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Fluency in English
is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
