They are currently on the lookout for an experienced Sales Showroom In-charge to join their team in Dubai!The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the tiling industry and a proven ability to manage sales and customer service functions effectively. This role involves leading the showroom team, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.Responsibilities:Showroom Management:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.- Manage product displays and ensure that all products are presented attractively and accurately.- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure adequate stock.Sales and Customer Service:- Greet and assist customers, providing expert advice on product selection and design solutions.- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase showroom revenue.- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Team Leadership:- Supervise and motivate the showroom sales team, providing training and support as needed.- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role within the tiling or related industry.- Previous experience in a showroom management role is highly desirable.- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.- Strong understanding of tiling products, materials, and design trends.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team effectively.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
