Position Summary : The Sales & Service Engineer will be responsible for driving sales and providing technical support for our range of chemicals used in refineries and petrochemical processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the application and sales of these chemicals, strong technical service skills, and a proven track record in key account management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in the refinery and petrochemical sectors.
• Provide technical support and application expertise for products including demulsifiers, antifoulants, corrosion inhibitors, neutralizing amines, and fuel additives.
• Manage budgets and service contracts with refineries, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Middle East region.
• Participate in and contribute to future growth projects, including those in the pipeline.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
Job Specifications:
• Bachelor's Degree Chemical or Petroleum Engineering is must
• Experience : 3 to 4 years of experience in the downstream industry, specifically in refineries or petrochemicals.
• Proven experience in sales and technical service of refinery chemicals, water treatment chemicals, and petrochemical process chemicals
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong key account management skills with a history of managing budgets and services at refineries.
• Willingness to reside in Abu Dhabi and travel across the Middle East region.
• Self-motivated, with a strong drive to succeed and contribute to growth projects
• Fluent in written and spoken English
