Manages and coordinates the company sales function including sales support and training, territory sales, and key account sales for a specific location, governed by company policies and frameworks.
Plan that expands organization customer base and ensure its strong presence. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team.
Supports finance department in collection of outstanding (ensure no bad debts)
Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales
quotas for regions; projects expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. * Reviews analyses of trends and results; reviews and finalizes pricing strategies andselling prices in line with management approval; advises and acts on monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand. * Manages, develops, coaches, controls, and motivates the sales team to develop theirskill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met. * Develops an outward looking/ client focused sales team that hunts for new work andexpands existing relationships. * Acts as a client representative / champion within the company, challenging internalprocesses and services where necessary in order to further expand the company and it services in serving the market. * Ensures targets are delivered through people management, performance review,reward, and individual recognition. * Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; definesmarket, competitor\'s share, and competitor\'s strengths and weaknesses; forecasts projected business; establishes targeted market share. * Manages and implements Key Account Management (KAM) & Customer RelationshipManagement (CRM).
