Objective:

providing a full range of secretarial and administrative support activities, inclusive of highly confidential and sensitive matters to ensure the smooth operation of the designated department.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field

2. Three years of experience in the same field.

3. Fluent in English/ and any other language is preferable.

4. Excellent interpersonal skills

5. Highly self-motivated

6. Strong verbal and written communication skills

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Organizing daily incoming correspondence, making preliminary assessment and handle and responding as appropriate.

2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.

3. Composing and preparing routine correspondence and preparing simple interpretation of documents and correspondence if requested.

4. Preparing, assembling and distributing various reports and documents.

5. Receiving and screening all incoming telephone calls, providing and receiving information or referring the matters to the appropriate person to handle.

6. Keeping calendar constantly updated to facilitate appointment and meeting schedules.

7. Establishing and maintaining various filing / records / database of business contacts, trace pending items and follow up as appropriate.

8. Arranging for various meetings and take minutes.

9. Functioning as an administrative link to ensure that all parties receive the relevant information respectively.
