Microless's UAE team is looking for an exceptionally motivated and talented sales and customer support executive. As a sales, you will be in touch with the customers in our showroom in Dubai, through telephone, email, and chat. Within this role, you will do sales, close deals, answer customer queries, help resolve the customer's problems, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.




Qualifications


• Excellent written and spoken English


• Excellent written and spoken Russian


• Good knowledge of computers and electronics


• Good computer user


• Genuine passion for providing the highest level of customer service


• Ability to use multiple systems and multitask in a fast-paced environment


• Able to effectively communicate to a wide range of people via chat, telephone, or email


• Ability to quickly assess a situation and problem solve to point of resolution
