Job description:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with supermarket clients to understand their needs and preferences.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.

• Present and demonstrate products to supermarket clients, highlighting benefits and features.

• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service excellence.

• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on client accounts.

• Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, specifically with supermarket clients and within the FMCG sector.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Knowledge of supermarket operations and customer purchasing behavior.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
