Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
Provide expert advice and recommendations on mattress and bedding products based on customers\' individual requirements and interior design preferences.
Create customized solutions and product packages to meet customers\' specific design and lifestyle needs.
Interior Design Consultation:
Offer interior design consultation services to customers, including space planning, color coordination, and fabric selection.
Utilize CAD software or other design tools to create visual representations and mock-ups of proposed design solutions.
Collaborate with customers to develop comprehensive design plans that integrate our mattress and bedding products seamlessly into their living spaces.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with their purchases and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering ongoing support and guidance throughout the sales process and beyond.
Product Knowledge and Training:
Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in the mattress and bedding industry.
Continuously update product knowledge and expertise to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and colleagues to showcase features, benefits, and unique selling points of our products.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
Provide feedback and insights to management on customer preferences, market demands, and product performance to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the retail or interior design industry.
Strong understanding of interior design principles, aesthetics, and space planning concepts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Creative problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of CAD software or other design tools is a plus.
Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
