Management of Client Relationships:

• Create and preserve connections with current and future customers, such as project managers, consultants, and electrical contractors.

Recognize client needs and provide solutions that are specific to them.
Planning & Strategy for Sales:

• Determine and focus on prospective projects and markets.

Reach or surpass quotas and sales goals.
Presentation and Product Knowledge:

• Give thorough product demonstrations and go over the advantages of busbar systems, such as their flexibility, efficiency, and cost savings.

Keep abreast of rivals, market developments, and product characteristics.
Technical Advice:

• Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their technological needs.

Work together with technical or engineering teams to suggest appropriate busbar solutions.
Quote and Bargaining:

• Create precise contracts, tenders, and pricing suggestions.

Close deals while maintaining profitability by negotiating terms.

• Coordination of the Projects

Skills Required :

• Technical Knowledge :

Strong understanding of busbar risers, power distribution, and busbar technology. Familiarity with relevant codes and standards in electrical engineering.

• Sales and Negotiation Skills :

Ability to present and sell technical products effectively. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Problem-Solving Ability :

Ability to assess customer challenges and propose appropriate solutions.

• Communication :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical details to non-technical audiences.

• Project Management :

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
