Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Saleswoman

to join our

Joinery Department

. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in selling

kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, closets, doors, cladding, paneling, and other woodwork products

. This role is commission-based, offering high earning potential for driven individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients, including homeowners, contractors, and interior designers. Present and promote the company's joinery products and services. Provide expert advice on materials, finishes, and designs to meet customer needs. Prepare and follow up on quotations, ensuring successful deal closures. Negotiate terms and pricing with customers to maximize sales and profitability. Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure smooth order processing. Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings.

Requirements:

Proven experience in joinery sales

(kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, closets, doors, cladding, paneling, etc.). Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Knowledge of wood materials, finishes, and joinery production processes. Ability to work independently and generate leads. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.

Must have a valid driver's license and own transportation

(if required for client visits).

Compensation:

Commission-Based Salary
