We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing furniture company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to build strong client relationships. This role involves promoting our high-quality furniture products, generating leads, and closing sales to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities

:

Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including direct visits, calls, and emails. Showcase and promote furniture products to clients, emphasizing quality, features, and value. Assist customers in selecting furniture that fits their needs, preferences, and budgets. Maintain a strong knowledge of the company's product range, including materials, designs, and customization options. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new products.

Requirements

:

Proven sales experience, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Familiarity with furniture materials, design trends, and customer preferences is a plus. Basic computer skills for managing orders, using CRM tools, and reporting. A valid driver's license is preferred (for client visits).

Preferred Qualifications

:

Previous experience in B2C or B2B sales in the furniture or retail industry. Knowledge of furniture assembly or customization is an advantage. Proficiency in local languages or multiple languages is a plus.
