We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and be fluent in both Arabic and English. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and representing our brand in both English and Arabic-speaking markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive revenue growth.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions that meet clients' needs. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
• Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including sales calls, follow-ups, and administrative duties, while maintaining high levels of organization and efficiency.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
• Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to management. Track and report on sales performance and goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales strategies.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in \[industry/sector relevant to your company].
• Languages: Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
