Key Requirements:

• Experience : Minimum 2-3 years in real estate sales.
• Languages : Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Age : Must not exceed 35 years old .
• Interpersonal Skills : Strong negotiation and client relationship-building skills.
• Appearance : Presentable with excellent communication etiquette.
• Technical Skills : Proficient in basic computer applications, with preference for experience in CRM systems.
• Flexibility : Ability to conduct field visits and follow up with clients when necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide real estate consultations to prospective clients.
• Manage and finalize the sales process while maintaining client relations.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities.
• Work towards achieving set sales targets.
