We\'re looking for a motivated Sales Agent to join our team and play a key role in our continued growth. In this results-oriented position, you will be responsible for prospecting for new leads, developing customer relationships, and exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Generate leads through various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.) \xc2\xb7 Qualify leads and identify customer needs \xc2\xb7 Deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing the benefits of our products/services \xc2\xb7 Negotiate and close deals \xc2\xb7 Maintain and develop positive customer relationships \xc2\xb7 Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas \xc2\xb7 Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies \xc2\xb7 Prepare and submit accurate sales reports Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Proven track record of exceeding sales targets \xc2\xb7 Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills \xc2\xb7 Excellent customer service orientation \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team \xc2\xb7 Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented \xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) \xc2\xb7 A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus Benefits: \xc2\xb7 Competitive salary and commission structure \xc2\xb7 Opportunity for professional growth and development Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
