Sales & Customer Engagement:

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized fragrance recommendations.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting niche fragrances to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by offering a tailored shopping experience.

Product Knowledge & Presentation:

• Develop in-depth knowledge of our exclusive fragrance collections and their ingredients.
• Educate customers about niche perfumes, the brand's heritage, and the uniqueness of each fragrance.
• Assist in product demonstrations, showcasing the fragrances in a manner that highlights their qualities.

Sales Reporting & Feedback:

• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activity to the management.

Store Maintenance & Visual Merchandising:

• Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure products are displayed attractively.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the luxury or niche fragrance industry.

Communication Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Sales Driven:

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive retail environment.
• Customer-focused with a passion for luxury products.

Fragrance Knowledge:

• Deep interest in and knowledge of perfumes, especially niche and luxury fragrances.

Presentation Skills:

• Well-groomed, professional, and able to represent the brand image.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
