Sales Representative - Heavy Equipment Spare Parts

Role:

? Drive sales of heavy equipment spare parts within a designated territory.

? Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

? Provide technical expertise and support to customers.

? Must be willing to travel to customer sites for at least 5 days per week.

Responsibilities:

? Customer Relationship Management:

o Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers.

o Conduct regular customer visits and meetings to understand their needs.

o Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

? Sales Execution:

o Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the assigned territory.

o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.

o Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product features and benefits.

o Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals.

o Process orders, issue invoices, and collect payments.

? Market Analysis:

o Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

o Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments and opportunities.

? Technical Support:

o Provide technical assistance to customers, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions.

o Assist in the development of technical presentations and materials.

? Reporting and Documentation:

o Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports, expense reports, and other required

documentation.

Preferred Skills:

? Soft Skills: Teamwork, organization, goal-oriented, self-development.

? Technical Skills: Sales experience, negotiation skills, product specification understanding, original part numbers

and replacements or supersede.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

? At least three years of sales experience in heavy equipment spare parts.

Compensation:

? Total package (AED 3,500 - 4,500) with a commission structure based on sales performance and target

achievement.
