Job Title: Sales Representative - Glamping Site

Location: Dubai

Salary: AED 3500/- to AED 8000/- (Negotiable depends on interview performance)

Experience: 3 to 5 Years in the same field

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our glamping site, generating leads, and converting inquiries into bookings. This role requires a passion for outdoor experiences and a strong ability to connect with potential guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and direct outreach.

Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our glamping offerings, including accommodations, amenities, activities, and pricing.

Booking Management: Assist clients with inquiries, provide quotes, and facilitate the booking process to ensure a seamless experience.

Marketing Support: Collaborate with the camp and office team to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.

Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and community activities to promote our glamping site and establish connections.

Reporting: Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and report on performance metrics and targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Worked in the same industrial field preferred.

Bilingual or Trilingual is preferred. English is the must.

Must UAE valid driving license.

Proven experience in sales records of previous projects.

Strong organizational skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & CRM software.

A passion for outdoor activities and a strong desire to promote unique travel experiences.
