Job Description

1. Live Selling & Engagement:

Host dynamic and engaging live sales sessions on TikTok, demonstrating products and driving sales.

2. Sales & Conversion:

Implement sales strategies during live streams to achieve sales targets. Use upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Close sales during live sessions and guide customers through the purchasing process.

3. Audience Interaction:

Respond to viewer questions, comments, and feedback in real-time. Build a strong connection with the audience, encouraging engagement and sales. Collect and analyze viewer insights to adapt presentation styles and improve sales outcomes.

4. Content Planning & Preparation:

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan live stream schedules, scripts, and themes. Prepare products, props, and equipment needed for live sessions. Develop creative and informative content ideas to boost engagement.

5. Performance Analysis:

Monitor live stream metrics such as views, engagement rate, and sales conversion. Provide feedback on live stream performance and suggest improvement strategies. Stay updated on TikTok trends and incorporate them into sales presentations.

6. Customer Support & Follow-Up:

Assist with post-live stream sales inquiries and customer service. Maintain records of sales and interactions for reporting purposes. Follow up with potential leads generated during live sessions. Present product features, benefits, and usage effectively through live demonstrations. Maintain a lively and professional on-camera presence to captivate the audience.
