The Perfume Consultant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating clients on niche fragrances, and driving sales through expert product knowledge and personalized consultations. The role requires a deep understanding of luxury fragrances, the ability to create a premium shopping experience, and maintaining the store's visual and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales:
Provide personalized fragrance consultations, understanding customer preferences and suggesting suitable niche perfumes.
Deliver a luxury retail experience by engaging customers with product storytelling and brand history.
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Develop strong relationships with clients and build a loyal customer base.
Assist with in-store events, product launches, and VIP client appointments.
Product Knowledge & Training:
Maintain expert knowledge of niche perfume brands, ingredients, scent families, and fragrance layering techniques.
Educate customers on the uniqueness of niche perfumes compared to mainstream fragrances.
Stay updated on industry trends and new product releases.
Conduct product demonstrations and fragrance sampling sessions.
Store Operations & Merchandising:
Ensure the store is well-presented, fully stocked, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Handle inventory management, including stock replenishment and receiving new collections.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the perfume display area.
Adhere to company policies, including cash handling, security, and loss prevention procedures.
Reporting & Compliance:
Provide daily sales reports and customer feedback to management.
Follow company policies on attendance, dress code, and professional behavior.
Comply with health and safety regulations and store operational guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years in luxury retail, preferably in perfumes or cosmetics.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of fragrance notes, olfactory families, and niche perfume brands.
Skills:
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Sales Ability:
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and upselling.
Presentation:
Well-groomed with a professional and luxury-oriented demeanor.
Languages:
Proficiency in English is required; additional languages (Arabic, French, etc.) are a plus.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
