Sales Agent

We're looking for a motivated Sales Agent with 2 years' experience to join our team and play a key role in our continued growth. In this results-oriented position, you will be responsible for prospecting for new leads, developing customer relationships, and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads through various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.)

Qualify leads and identify customer needs

Deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing the benefits of our products/services

Negotiate and close deals

Maintain and develop positive customer relationships

Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas

Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies

Prepare and submit accurate sales reports

Qualifications:

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets

Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Excellent customer service orientation

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented
