Job Summary: As a sales representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients, and closing sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers while providing excellent customer service and product knowledge. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and qualify leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. 2. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers. 3. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs. 4. Negotiate terms of sale and close sales deals to achieve sales targets. 5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve any issues, and secure repeat business. 6. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide feedback and insights from the field. 7. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions. 8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. 9. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and products. 10. Continuously strive to improve sales skills and techniques through self-learning and professional development. Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in a FURNITURE Industry. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. - Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. - Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
