Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Female Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Representative at YS Lootah Tech, you will be responsible for calling potential clients, building strong relationships, and promoting our range of IT solutions. Proficiency in Arabic and excellent communication skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling and other communication methods.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Present and promote YS Lootah Tech's products and services to potential clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for attracting new clients.
• Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and potential improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the IT industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.
• Ability to effectively present and articulate complex information.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
