We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Salesperson who is fluent in both English and Arabic to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a strong ability to meet sales targets. This position requires someone who is proactive, adaptable, and ready to contribute to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in a friendly, professional manner, providing exceptional customer service. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products and services. Actively promote and sell products/services to meet sales targets and goals. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to effectively advise customers. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves, product displays, and replenishing stock as needed. Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives. Handle cash, card payments, and other financial transactions as required. Report to management on sales performance, customer feedback, and any concerns.

Requirements:

Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken). Proven sales experience, preferably in retail or customer-facing roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships. Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of retail sales and merchandising practices. Proficiency in using sales software or POS systems is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications in sales or marketing is a plus).
