About the Role:

We are seeking two dynamic and driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team in the marketing industry. The ideal candidates will have strong experience in digital marketing, social media, and outdoor sales, and will be instrumental in generating leads and driving business growth across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and convert potential clients in need of marketing services. Leverage knowledge of digital marketing and social media to position solutions effectively. Conduct field visits to businesses and clients as needed. Maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction. Meet and exceed sales targets through a performance-based approach. Report progress, leads, and feedback to management regularly.

Requirements:

Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory. 3+ years of experience in sales, in digital marketing or advertising sectors. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently with a strong sense of accountability. Valid UAE visa preferred (Work visa can be provided after 1 month). UAE driving license.

Compensation:

Basic salary range: AED 3,000 - 5,000+ commission. Opportunity to grow with a team and transition into leadership roles as the team expands.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
