Real Estate Sales Representative



Job Responsibilities:



Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including networking and referrals

Build, develop and manage client portfolio, maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to identify new business opportunities

Ensure all marketing materials (photos, descriptions, brochures) are up to date

Present projects to clients and clearly articulate their value to close sales

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Achieve agreed-upon sales and outcomes within the schedule

Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments

Track sales and status reports

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements:



Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in Real Estate (UAE experience mandatory)

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Accuracy and attention to detail

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Work Hours:



Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
