Job Summary:

Responsible for selling corporate training and consultancy services

Identify and engage potential clients across industries

Build long-term relationships with businesses and professionals

Responsibilities:

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals

Present and promote training programs and consultancy services

Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business

Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities

Negotiate contracts and close deals

Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions for clients

Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven sales experience in training, consultancy, or B2B services

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Proficiency MS Office
