We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative to provide outbound sales prospecting to our prospective customers, as well as occasionally support our Customer Service team from time to time.

The majority of our services are aimed at children and young people, so most of our interactions within this role are with parents.

The Role:
You will join the Sales Team to support with building new relationships with parents in order to book their kids into trials at any of our 3 locations. You will need to build an extensive knowledge of our product offerings and be able to communicate them effectively. You will need excellent attention to detail in order to keep our CRM systems up to date to support the Customer Service and Coaching teams.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Engagement:
Actively contact potential clients and introduce the Parkour Centre's programmes, classes, and events.
Identify and qualify leads to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct facility tours to showcase its features, benefits, and services to prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Present and upsell membership packages, training sessions, and merchandise.
Booking and Registration Management:
Manage the customer registration process for classes, workshops, and events.
Handle enquiries via phone, email, and social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings using the centre's CRM system.
Marketing Support:
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
Gather customer feedback and insights to support marketing and service improvement initiatives.
Administrative Duties:
Generate sales reports and provide insights on customer behaviour trends.
Coordinate with the operational team to ensure the smooth delivery of booked sessions.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Knowledge of fitness, sports, or Parkour-related activities is an added advantage.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales or customer-facing role. Experience working in a fitness centre, sports facility, or recreational centre is preferred.
