We are a leading distribution house of premium audio and video solutions. We serve a diverse clientele ranging from luxury integrators and AV dealers to top architects in the region.
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our growing team and drive business development across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify, target, and convert new B2B clients (dealers, integrators, architects) and grow partnerships with existing clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets aligned with business objectives.
Market Expansion:
Build and maintain relationships with retailers, home cinema installers, and consultants in the high-end AV industry.
Develop regional sales strategies to support growth in new markets.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
Monitor regional sales performance and provide reports on KPIs, forecasts, and competitor activities.
Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaboration & Events:
Collaborate with marketing teams for local campaigns, product launches, and trade shows.
Represent the brand at events and exhibitions to enhance visibility and generate new leads.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
Education: Qualified with a degree from a reputed college.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence high-end clientele.
Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Travel: Willingness to travel within the designated area to meet clients and attend meetings/events (including overseas).

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
