We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Executive to join our jewelry sales team. As a Sales Executive specializing in jewelry, you will play a crucial role in showcasing our exquisite range of jewelry products to our valued customers. Your primary goal will be to provide an exceptional shopping experience, cultivate customer relationships, and achieve sales targets can speak arabic.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer preferences and guide them in selecting the perfect jewelry pieces.
• Build rapport with customers to create a loyal client base.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of our jewelry collection, including gemstones, metals, and craftsmanship.
• Stay updated on industry trends and share this knowledge with customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales revenue.
• Ensure that jewelry displays are visually appealing and well-maintained.
• Organize and arrange products to showcase their unique features.
• Educate customers about the quality, value, and unique aspects of our jewelry items.
• Provide information on gemstone characteristics and jewelry care.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Notify the management team of restocking needs and trends in product demand.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with repeat customers.
• Seek opportunities for customer referrals and network within the jewelry community.
• Previous experience in jewelry sales or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong product knowledge and a passion for jewelry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
