HIRING for Sales Representative!!

Location : Etihad Mall

Department : Luxury product

Job responsibilities :

Personalized Customer Service : Understand and anticipate the needs of high-end clients, delivering tailored recommendations and experiences.

Building Relationships : Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers, including follow-ups and post-purchase support.

Luxury Product sales Experience : Possess in-depth knowledge of the luxury product range, including features, craftsmanship, heritage, and brand values.

Maintaining Standards : Ensure the store and product displays meet luxury brand standards, including cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal.

Achieving Sales Targets : Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.

Trend Monitoring : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

Feedback Collection : Gather and relay customer feedback to the management team to inform product development or marketing strategies.

Handling Transactions : Process payments, issue receipts, and manage refunds or exchanges when needed.

Stock and Display : Ensure products are well-stocked, organized, and attractively displayed.

Compliance : Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines during all sales activities.
