Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team, specializing in building materials and building maintenance services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and building maintenance sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and facility managers.
• Promote and sell building materials and maintenance services to meet customer needs.
2. Market Research & Strategy:
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer demands.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
4. Product Knowledge & Demonstration:
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of building materials and maintenance services offered by the company.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and applications.
5. Reporting & Coordination:
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, procurement, and logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
6. Can generate Sales.
Qualifications & Skills
• Education: High school diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in building materials or maintenance services.
• Strong knowledge of the construction and building maintenance industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
