Orbit Training Center, a leading provider of professional development and training programs, is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Actively prospect and engage with potential clients to generate leads for our training programs.
• Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate training solutions.
• Maintain and build relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals through effective follow-up and closing strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with the training team to ensure seamless enrollment and program success for clients.
• Keep accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required--training will be provided.
• A positive, goal-oriented attitude with a desire to learn and grow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
