Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven E-commerce Sales Officer to join our team. This role focuses on expanding our vendor base and increasing product listings on the platform. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of e-commerce strategies, a passion for sales, and a commitment to driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and onboard new vendors, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform.
• Manage relationships with existing vendors and enhance their engagement through promotional strategies.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing marketing campaigns.
• Monitor sales performance metrics to forecast trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Provide vendors with ongoing support and training to maximize their performance on the platform.
• Attend industry events and workshops to network with potential vendors and promote NATIV's services.
• Work closely with the operations and IT departments to resolve any vendor-related issues promptly.
• Contribute to the development of sales plans and objectives based on market research and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, particularly within the e-commerce sector.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence others.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong customer focus.
• Valid UAE driving license and ability to travel as needed.
