Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Execution:
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their furniture needs and preferences.
• Present and promote our product range, emphasizing the unique qualities and craftsmanship of our materials.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge and persuasive selling techniques.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Handle inquiries, provide design recommendations, and assist customers throughout their buying journey.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending orders to close deals.
• Product Knowledge:
• Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, including the unique characteristics of natural materials such as marble and onyx.
• Communicate care and maintenance tips to customers, ensuring they have a positive ownership experience.
• Showroom Management:
• Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, clean, and displays are visually appealing.
• Assist in organizing promotional activities, special events, and seasonal sales campaigns.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to provide input on customer preferences and market demands.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or luxury goods industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
• Knowledge of interior design and furniture trends is a plus.
