Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role is essential in expanding our client base and enhancing our market presence in UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, demonstrating the value of our services and solutions.
Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads and convert them into successful sales, ensuring a consistent pipeline of business.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify potential areas for growth.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports, providing regular updates to the Sales Manager.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Digital Marketing sector.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with IT services, digital marketing, and technology solutions is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Customer Focus: Ability to understand client needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.
Professionalism: High level of integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
