Job Title: Sales Executive - Global Visa Department

Tripallys Tourism LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive for our Global Visa Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of visa-related services, providing top-notch customer service, and contributing to our mission of offering seamless and reliable visa solutions for international travel. Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Target Achievement: Actively engage in selling visa services, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Customer Assistance: Offer expert advice and assistance to clients on visa application requirements, procedures, and necessary documentation for various countries.
• Lead Generation: Generate and follow up on leads, build and maintain a client database, and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about visa regulations, market trends, and competitor activities to ensure competitive service offerings.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth end-to-end visa application processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to ensure efficient processing, real-time updates, and high-quality service delivery.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities, revenue, and performance metrics.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales within the travel, tourism, or visa service industry.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with global visa requirements and regulations, including Schengen, USA, Canada, UK, and other popular travel destinations.
• Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Customer Focused: Ability to provide outstanding customer service and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Technology Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM software and office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Self-Motivated: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
• Sales in Travel Industry: 1 year (Required)

• English Urdu (Required)
