At 404 Luxury Transport, our sales team is the driving force behind our success. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative who can help us expand our limousine services. As part of our sales department, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to meet ambitious sales targets. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company and position us as a leader in the luxury transport industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers to expand our client base.
• Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to consistent revenue growth.
• Industry Positioning: Help establish our company as a leader in the luxury transport sector by promoting our brand values.
• Customer Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, focusing on customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
• Sales Reporting: Provide daily updates on lead status and prepare monthly and quarterly sales performance reports.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
• Secure contracts with hotels and corporate clients.
• Generate new customer leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Present and upsell our limousine services to prospective clients.
• Prepare and present detailed sales reports on a regular basis.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the limousine or transportation industry.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent at building relationships and managing client expectations.
• Sales Software Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems and sales management software.
• Integrity: A commitment to honesty, transparency, and customer satisfaction.
• Organizational Skills: Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
