Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Business Development:
• Promote and sell travel services, including holiday packages, flights, hotels, and tours.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding the client's travel needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients post-sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Market Research & Strategy:
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the travel and tourism industry.
• Provide insights and feedback on market trends and customer preferences to help refine sales strategies.
• Administrative & Reporting Duties:
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.
