Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic DNC consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth within our consultancy services.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities
Client Engagement:
• Conduct consultations to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Present and demonstrate consultancy services effectively to potential clients.
Sales Strategy:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials.
Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Market Research:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Use insights to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within a consultancy or professional services environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
