Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, manage property listings, and guide clients through property transactions. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and staying updated on market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate property listings and client records.
• Provide expert advice on market conditions and property values.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and manage contracts and paperwork.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in real estate sales.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• UAE driving license and RERA certification (preferred).
