Neu Cosmetics is an established boutique distributor fueled with the passion to introduce and distribute outstanding and high-quality beauty products in the Middle East. We only focus on a small portfolio of selected beauty brands and have a close and professional relationship with our clients.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and independently driven Sales Representative. The responsibilities include managing customer relationships, identifying opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies to continuously meet or exceed sales targets.
You should be committed to achieving targets and responsibilities with minimal supervision, demonstrating effective communication and negotiation skills, and attaining excellent customer service levels at all times.
Responsibilities
• Direct selling of beauty products to beauty outlets such as salons and spas.
• Identifying potential customers through networking and following leads.
• Obtaining orders and establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential clients.
• Conducting sales by highlighting product benefits and key features.
• Building and maintaining solid working relationships with both new and existing customers (B2B).
• Addressing customer concerns.
• Conducting staff training for clients about our products.
• Delivering products and collecting payments.
• Attending beauty exhibitions in which the company is an exhibitor and engaging with visitors and leads to promote the company and the brands.
• Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, including but not limited to daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual territory analyses.
• Meeting monthly sales targets.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years proven sales experience in salon and beauty channel is preferable.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written. An additional language, particularly Arabic, would be an advantage.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• The ability to travel to customers.
• The ability to work independently.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
