Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Utilize provided real estate data and leads to generate and convert sales opportunities.
• Conduct property showings and provide detailed information about properties to prospective buyers.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the transaction terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Stay updated with the latest market trends and property values in Dubai.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications:
• Proven sales background in real estate, with a track record of successful deal closures.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market is highly desirable.
